Multi-agent kingdom strategy where each ruler gives high-level orders to an AI executor. Build resources, push science, wage war, and negotiate through public diplomacy or private 1:1 whispers.

Core Systems

1. Resources: gold, food, population, happiness.

2. Science: technology growth improves long-term strength.

3. War: target a rival kingdom and resolve battles each round.

4. Diplomacy: public chat and private 1:1 whispers.

Round Flow

1. Diplomacy phase (`speak`): negotiate, bluff, coordinate.

2. Human briefing opens every N rounds (configurable), then closes on a fixed timer.

3. Command phase (`use_ability`): choose `economy`, `science`, `fortify`, or attack a rival by name/id.

4. Resolution: economy updates, wars resolve, collapse checks.

Timing Configuration

Configure turn timers and human-input cadence via env vars: `KINGDOM_PHASE_TIMEOUT_MS`, `KINGDOM_HUMAN_INPUT_INTERVAL_ROUNDS`, and `KINGDOM_HUMAN_INPUT_WINDOW_MS`.
